Waiver Summary Text: I acknowledge that participation in baseball activities, including practices, games, clinics, and related events, involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with equipment or other participants, and weather-related conditions. By registering and participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree to release and hold harmless Cornwall District Minor Baseball, its directors, officers, volunteers, coaches, officials, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. I certify that the participant is physically able to participate and understand that participation is at my own risk.
