Description

Our Off Season Training program will be focusing on Pitching, Catching and Hitting primarily in order to prepare our All Stars for the 2025 season. This will help prepare them with these new skill sets so they can be successful in the 2025 season.

Training will take place at St. Lawrence Secondary School on most Friday evenings from 6pm-8pm. Will include some Sundays starting late March to the end of April. Detailed Schedule will be sent out.
